We had a pretty amazing night. The demonstration was against religious organizations that violate our political and legal doctrine that government and religious institutions are to be kept separate and independent from each other.
The Mormon Church and other religious organizations are prohibited from making such endorsements by an amendemtent in the Internal Revenue Code that says nonprofit, tax-exempt entities may not "participate in, or intervene in . . . any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.”
Below are many photographs and a really short video from the protest. Although we realize our president is changing here in the next few months we still thought this song in the video was a good choice. A statement on not only to our current president, but also a statement to our president elect, all government officials and of course all Americans. The song is slightly chopped up to make it short and to make the point. Be sure your sound is on...
All content including the video (minus the song on the video) is original content documented by Ed and Kristopher. Some people were asking where we got the photos & video from.

The crowd of people had literally block traffic in both directions. Here's looking up Broadway. No cars.
